Thank you for registering for the Sudbury Trail Run. We understand that plans can change, and we have established a refund policy to accommodate such situations while ensuring the event's viability. Please review our policy below regarding ticket refunds.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds of registration fees are available under the following conditions, based on the date the refund request is made: If you have not purchased refund protection & your reason for withdrawing from the event does not Full Refund: Within 14 days of purchasing a ticket, participants are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fee. 50% Refund: A 50% refund of the registration fee is available to participants who request a refund up until June 30 of the event year.

No Refunds After July 31.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for any reason after July 31 of the event year. We encourage participants to consider their availability and commitment to the event before registering.
